Need help getting the fun started? Here’s how to access your Rumbunga digital purchases, troubleshoot files and contact us if something isn’t right.

## About Our Digital Products

Rumbunga printable games and activities are digital downloads purchased through our Etsy shop.

Unless a listing expressly states otherwise:

- No physical product will be shipped.

- Printing, paper and other activity materials are not included.

- The listing describes the files, formats and materials included in your purchase.

Please check the product description, intended audience, file requirements and printing instructions before purchasing. Contact us if you’re unsure whether a product will suit your needs.

## How to Download Your Files

### If you purchased using an Etsy account

1. Open Etsy.com in a web browser and sign in to the account used for your purchase.

2. Go to your account’s Purchases section.

3. Find your Rumbunga order and select Download files.

Instant-download files become available after Etsy confirms your payment. If your payment is still processing, the download option may not yet be available.

### If you checked out as a guest

Use the download link in the receipt email Etsy sent to the email address entered at checkout.

If you can’t find it, check your spam or junk folder and search your inbox for your Etsy receipt.

### Using a phone or tablet?

Etsy currently requires a web browser to download digital purchases; downloads are not available directly through the Etsy app.

Open Etsy.com in Safari, Chrome or another browser. A computer may be easier for downloading, opening ZIP folders and printing larger packs.

## Trouble Opening a File?

Try these steps:

- Download the file fully before opening it.

- Check your device’s Downloads folder or Files app.

- If the download is a ZIP folder, extract or unzip it first.

- Open PDFs using an up-to-date PDF reader.

- Check the listing for any specific software or compatibility requirements.

- If the file appears incomplete or damaged, try downloading it again.

Still having trouble? Contact us with your order reference, device type and a description or screenshot of the error. Please avoid including passwords, payment details or unrelated personal information.

## Printing Help

Follow the instructions supplied with your product, including any guidance on paper size, single-sided or double-sided printing, and scaling.

For best results:

- Select the paper size specified in the product.

- Check print preview before printing the whole pack.

- Print a test page first.

- Use “Actual size” or 100% scaling where the instructions require it.

- Check that your printer has sufficient ink and that text and images are not being cropped.

Colours can vary between screens, printers, inks and paper types. If the result is substantially different from what the listing describes, please contact us so we can investigate.

## Change-of-Mind Returns and Cancellations

Unless a product listing offers otherwise, we do not offer change-of-mind returns, exchanges or cancellations for digital downloads, except where required by applicable law.

This includes situations where you simply decide you no longer want or need a correctly described product.

This policy does not affect your rights if a product is faulty, not delivered or materially different from its description.

If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, contact us with both order references so we can review the situation.

## Missing, Faulty or Incorrect Files

Please contact us if:

- You cannot access the files included in your purchase.

- A file is corrupt, incomplete or the wrong file.

- Important content is missing.

- The product is materially different from its listing.

- Another problem prevents the product from working as described.

We will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a corrected file, replacement or refund.

Where Australian Consumer Law applies, you may choose a refund or replacement for a major failure with goods. For a minor problem that can be fixed, we may first provide a free remedy within a reasonable time. Other remedies, including compensation, may also be available under applicable law.

Downloading or opening a file does not remove your rights in relation to a faulty or misdescribed product.

## Refunds for Etsy Orders

Refunds for purchases made through Etsy are normally processed through Etsy and remain subject to its payment-processing arrangements.

Please contact us through Etsy Messages first where convenient, so we can locate your order and keep the conversation with the purchase record. You can also email hello@rumbunga.com.

If we cannot resolve the issue, you may use Etsy’s Help with order and case processes where available. Qualifying purchases may be covered by Etsy Purchase Protection.

You do not have to rely solely on Etsy Purchase Protection to exercise any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

## Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law and any other mandatory consumer protections that apply to your purchase.
